Wednesday, April 30: In recognition of the birth of America, we'll present "An Evening With Paul Revere" and, yes, "Paul" will be there to speak about his life and his involvement in the American Revolution. Co-sponsored by the Weeks Fund. Wednesday, May 21: "Legends & Lore of Sawyer's Mills" will be presented by Kathryn Parent of the DCR all about the separate village that was wiped out by the building of the Wachusett Reservoir. June: Clinton School Exhibit Thursday, July 17: "Cruisin' Clinton III". Join us for our third annual oldies concert and classic car rally in and around Central Park, from 6 to 9 p.m. Tony Funches, formerly of the Platters, will be back too! Food trucks, raffles, and family fun! Rain date: July 24 Wednesday, September 17: In collaboration with the Council on Aging, we'll hold a joint program AT THE SENIOR CENTER at 7 p.m. A brief history of the building and the man who built it--John Foster--will be held followed by a complete tour of the beautiful facility. Refreshments will be available. FREE TO THE PUBLIC. October: A special tribute program in honor of Harold and David Reisner. November: "The Birth of Clinton" in honor of our 175th birthday! December 13: "A Colonial Christmas" with George Washington (and the Sterling Street Brewery too!) Co-sponsored by the Weeks Fund. |
